What guests say
The Premier Inn London City (Aldgate) hotel was great for our family! Simple, clean rooms, with great air conditioning. The best part is the service! Each person we interacted with, whether front desk, restaurant staff, etc., were an absolute pleasure to speak with. They were each very friendly and generous and made us feel like we were staying with family. The restaurant downstairs has an excellent breakfast with many options (including gluten free and dairy free options) while providing quality items and kids eat free! Sailu and Ida were so kind, happy, and went out of their way to help us feel comfortable and work through our food allergies. The coffee/hot chocolate machine was also great! The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. The Piazza Walk just around the corner is a lovely place to hang in between meals or work breaks, etc. We'll definitely consider staying here again if we're ever back in London!

We recently stayed at Premier Inn Aldgate in London and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Going in, we expected a simple, no-frills hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by just how clean, comfortable, and welcoming it was. What really made the stay stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. We arrived with an embarrassing amount of luggage, and the team immediately jumped in to help unload it from the taxi, bring it inside, and even offered to carry it all the way to our room. That level of service made a wonderful first impression. We also opted for the meal deal, which included both breakfast and dinner, and it was excellent value. The hotel's steakhouse-branded restaurant served perfectly cooked and genuinely delicious meals each evening, and the included options exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was equally impressive, we enjoyed a fantastic Full English every morning, and it was consistently fresh and satisfying. Overall, this stay far exceeded what we expected. The hotel was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the food was great, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to London. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with 9 other ladies last week. We picked it for it's location being close to where we needed to be. Rooms were clean and comfortable as was the reception, bar and eating areas. The staff we dealt with were fantastic; Danny on reception who had the patience of a saint when the system wasn't showing him what it needed to, and with our many questions. We were able to have a laugh with him and he happily took photos of us in our finery (dressed up for a posh do). Sandra and her team on breakfast were also lovely; chatty and efficient making the stay even nicer. On the Friday morning the cookists weren't keeping up with demand but it must be difficult if everyone arrives at once. We really enjoyed our stay and wanted to give a shout out to the staff who made it what it was.
