Have stayed several times before and always opt for a premier plus room. It’s situated in a very convenient place for getting around London. The whole place is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It was a real bonus to have air conditioning as it was so hot. A special mention to Gurdy who gave us a wonderful warm and friendly greeting when we arrived at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. She is a shining example of how to look after your guests. A big thank you to everyone.

We are regular customers of Premier Inn and have stayed in many locations around UK, but this was our first time in PI Holborn. We can honestly say it is one of the best PI. Location in very strategic. We took our granddaughter to see the play Harry Potter in Palace theatre, and we walked to the theatre from this hotel (18 minutes). Chinatown, Picadilly are nearby too. To go to/from London Victoria station We easily took bus no.38 which stops within 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The hallway of the hotel is wide and clean, carpet is nice too. Thecroom is quite big even for 3 people. The dinner (we took meal deal which is a very good deal, especially for London!) Was great ! Children get free dinner and breakfast too! This free meals for children (up to 15 years old) is a really added value of staying in PI chain! They know how to take a good care of their loyal customers!. Finally, our hats off to Ms. Gurdy at the breakfast room. She is an excellent ambassador of PI Holborn. She clearly enjoys her job. She made us (and many other customers) laughed, and at the same time being very kind, polite, professional, helpful and warm. For our granddaughter, Hilda, it was like having a meal at her Grandma's ! She loves it! Keep up the good work....we will be back !

Stayed for 2 nights with my husband and 2 children. Couldn’t fault our stay! Great location. Clean rooms. Very helpful, friendly staff. And the food… we planned to only eat at the hotel for one evening but ended up having all meals there. The food was fantastic and VERY reasonably priced. No issues whatsoever l. Would absolutely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if ever visiting London again. Thank you

Me and my wife stayed for the weekend and what can I say, the hotel was clean, room was perfect size. We had a warm welcome as soon as we entered from staff, especially from one lovely young lady I believe her name is Sameera, she chceked us in early and gave the early fee on the house which was so sweet. We then later on had dinner and Sameera was also serving food and thr bar, she was off her feet bless her. She made us feel so entertain while we wait for our food and was always happy to talk to us, shes a credit to your team. I sill highly recommend staying here, clean hotel and amazing staff especially Sameera. Will definitely stay again.
