We used the Parking facilities here via ‘Your Parking Space’. Was handy for Waterloo station and got a space ok. Car was fine when we returned 12 hours later.

Great location, few minutes away from a bus stop and from the tube. Staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable, the beds were nice and comfy too, bathroom had toiletries needed. Honestly it was a nice surprise to find such a comfy hotel at a great location with such a price tag. Highly recommended! Also, the lobby is spacious with many places to lounge at while you enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.

For a stay, this hotel is dated in the rooms. Things like tea/coffee are missing, as is breakfast, but what that is replaced with is an amazing level of customer service, with the desk staff willing to go above and beyond. After an error over breakfast the manager and the concierge worked wonders and made the stay exceptionally good. Comfy beds, warm shower and amazing location, with a good price, means I'd trade comforts for the service.
