About Radisson Blu Hotel London Leicester Square
Leicester Square itself is the setting here, with its constant buzz of theatre crowds, cinemas and street performers, and Radisson Blu Hotel London Leicester Square sits among it all, putting Covent Garden and the wider West End within easy walking distance and the Underground close by for exploring further afield.
The hotel has 127 rooms spread across seven floors, including family and accessible options, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and room service on request. There's a restaurant and bar on site, plus a gym and spa for guests who want to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and business travellers are catered for with meeting rooms and dedicated services. Breakfast draws particular praise for its range of choices, and staff are consistently described as helpful and professional, though some rooms could do with more attentive upkeep.
Valet parking is available nearby for a fee, and concierge staff can help with tickets, directions or luggage storage. With entertainment, pubs and restaurants all around the square, it suits anyone wanting to be at the centre of things rather than a short journey from them.
What guests say
My first stay at this Radisson Blu Hotel in London and it was a great one. Perfect location obviously and a bit like an oasis in the middle of the busy city. The staff at the reception desk welcomed us in the best way and was very nice every time we re-entered the hotel. Enjoyed the upgrade to a larger room with view on the Eye and Big Ben, the drinks in the bar and the breakfast menu.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Stayed 1 night whilst delivering first aid training to their staff. All staff were super helpful, polite and welcoming (special thanks to the restaurant and my server who was incredibly attentive). Room was spacious and comfortable. Location great. Would love to return. Thank you.

Probably the best location in London. Near cinemas and a great variety of restaurants. Available taxis all the time at Leicester Square as well as being at a 5 minute walk from the tube. Also 5 minute walk from Picadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. Near Lego Store, M&Ms store and 2 minutes walk from Chinatown. 5 minutes walk from National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery. It was also fun viewing Mr Bean's, Paddington Bear's, Batman's etc statues in Leicester Square. Been there for 9 days. The elevators need fixing or better, replacing. There was a lot of problem with that... Garbage was cleaned every day from the rooms and new towels were placed but bed -sheets weren't replaced. The rooms have air-conditioning. The tab water isn't drinkable. Didn't use breakfast or room service so there's not much to say about that... Personnel was polite and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here with my wife last week, March 2026 The staff on the front desk were very friendly, professional and polite, I couldn't fault them. We were able to check in and leave our bags as the room wasn't ready. We were also able to leave our bag after checkout so we could walk around London for a few hours and collect it later. The room was good but didn't have a great deal of character. It was clean and well maintained. Several cans of water were in the room as well as a tea/coffee selection. We were woken up around 5am by someone emptying glass bottles in the street but I don't think this was to do with the hotel and our sleep was otherwise undisturbed, we didn't hear anyone else within the hotel or any music from outside, however I think our room was towards the side and rear, overlooking an alley way. The buffet breakfast the next morning was very good with a full range of English cooked breakfast selections as well as fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and cheese. The restaurant staff were also helpful and polite. I myself have Coeliac disease and the manager went to the kitchen himself and brought back fresh cooked food so I didn't have to risk the buffet selection which could potentially be contaminated with gluten from guests who are otherwise unaware. I always appreciate it when staff are aware of food allergy issues and help without even being asked. The location speaks for itself as it's right on the Square and walking distance to most major London attractions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
