Hotel is in an excellent location and prices are very reasonable. My wife and I literally use this as our default hotel when staying in London, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the street is very quiet despite being in a relatively busy area and we’ve never had an issue when staying here, the staff are friendly and approachable, would highly recommend.

Excellent, small and clean hotel next to Baker Street. The location is perfect as you can easily walk to central London but also take the metro which is very close by. The room was small but as expected. Very clean and friendly staff. We had a 3-bed room and it was perfect for 3 nights. Highly recommend!

Worn out rooms, I was extremely cold that it woke me up at night. The central heating was off and the central AC was set at a cold temperature. The hotel is less than basic. I was shocked to pay 150 GBP per night at this worn-out and kitsch shoebox.
