Each has free WiFi and drinks available in-room, and accessible rooms are on offer for those who need them. Downstairs there's a bar and a snack bar, plus a breakfast buffet with a wide spread to start the day, and staff are consistently noted for being helpful and welcoming.

Pubs, restaurants and other eateries surround the hotel, and while there's no on-site parking, chargeable parking can be found nearby.
What guests say
The hotel is in a good location and staff are great. We drove, so we were able to stop in front and offload out luggage before going to the carpark ( not to bad of a walk). The lobby/ bar is super well done and decorated. The drinks at the bar were some of the best we had at a hotel during our 2 week trip. It is walkable to alot of spots, but also close and convenient to the tube. The room was nice, adequate, and ac worked. Was one of the smallest rooms we had but thats ok, it was done up nice.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. It’s far better than the vast majority of Hilton hotels in London. The facilities are brand‑new and spotlessly clean. Hot water and British tea are provided free of charge on every floor. The rooms have excellent soundproofing, allowing for a great night’s sleep. And the hotel staff are wonderful and make you feel really welcome. A special thank‑you to Jan, my bro, for your help and the great chats. Julia also makes excellent cocktails. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in London.

The hotel is amazing, beautiful, and modern. I really liked my room, and the bed was so comfortable! The staff were very friendly, and I received a drink voucher for skipping room cleaning during my stay, since I only stayed for two nights — which was a really eco-friendly initiative. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Notting Hill Station. I would definitely come back on my next visit to London!

The biggest positive about this hotel is the location. It’s in a great area of Notting Hill and only a short walk from the Tube, making it very convenient for exploring London. The staff were also accommodating and offered us drink vouchers and a complimentary late checkout after we raised concerns. That said, our stay was far from ideal. The rooms are extremely small, which may be expected for a budget-friendly London hotel, but our biggest issue was the noise. We stayed on the fifth floor and were woken up every morning around 8:00 AM by a loud ringing or mechanical noise that continued throughout the day. It was disruptive enough that we reported it multiple times during our stay. Another issue was the air conditioning, which would randomly shut off and not stay running consistently, making the room uncomfortable at times. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable hotel in an excellent location, this property may still be worth considering. However, I would strongly recommend requesting a room on a floor other than the fifth floor, as the noise significantly impacted our stay.
