About Ten Manchester Street

Marylebone is one of London's more genteel corners, tucked between Baker Street and Regent's Park, and it's here that Ten Manchester Street makes its home in a quiet townhouse setting. The location suits anyone wanting to be central without the crowds, with the park, shops and eateries of the neighbourhood all close at hand.

Rooms are comfortable and the suites in particular draw praise, though some of the decor is on the older side rather than freshly renovated. Guests can expect air conditioning, free WiFi and drinks available in-room, with a lift serving the building throughout. Downstairs, the restaurant Dieci handles breakfast and evening aperitifs, backed up by a bar and snack bar for anything in between, and staff are consistently described as attentive and professional.

Beyond the rooms, the hotel offers a gym, spa and sauna, an indoor swimming pool, a garden, and meeting rooms and childcare for those who need them, making it as workable for business or events as for a relaxed stay. There's no parking on site, so it suits guests arriving on foot, by tube or by taxi rather than by car.

This was our 2nd stay at No Ten Manchester in London. This is a fabulous hotel tucked away on a quiet residential street in the Marelybone neighborhood. Still only a short walk to both the Baker Street and Bond Street tube stations and the Bond street shopping. The hotel is not large but the service is wonderful. We stayed in the Garden Suite which is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a ton of space. Our rate included breakfast, service in their restaurant "Deici". Very good food and wonderful attentive service. The staff go above and beyond. On this trip I left a pair of slippers behind under a dresser. They contacted me by email to let me know and sent them by post tour Scotland hotel. That's service. They remain our "go to" hotel for stays in London.

The suite I stayed in was an absolute highlight of the trip! It was wonderfully quiet, making for some of the best sleep I've had while traveling. The food was a real treat too, especially breakfast, which I looked forward to every morning. On top of that, the staff were consistently helpful and went out of their way to assist whenever needed. Add in a location that couldn't be more convenient, and you've got the perfect stay. Highly recommend this suite to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service all in one place!

I travel frequently for work and have stayed in more than 20 hotels across different cities in the UK. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had, especially considering the price of over £230 for a single night. My stay was very short — I arrived around 9pm and left at 7am — so I only needed a few basic things: a comfortable night’s sleep, a hot shower, and a smooth departure before an important engagement the next morning. Unfortunately, even these basics were not delivered. The biggest issue was the shower, which only produced lukewarm water in the morning. Having a proper hot shower is a very basic expectation, particularly at this price point. I also found a bug in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant and not something one expects when paying this level of rate. Regardless of how it may have entered the room, it understandably left a negative impression. Sleep was also difficult due to corridor noise and pillows that were uncomfortable for me personally. In addition, the TV did not function, despite following the instructions provided for the SKY box. Another disappointing moment occurred at checkout. I needed somewhere to briefly change before leaving for an important meeting. Initially I was offered the accessible toilet, but another staff member then redirected me to the downstairs men’s restroom because I was “not disabled.” Aside from being awkward, it was not an appropriate place to change. It is also worth remembering that not all disabilities are visible, and guests should not be placed in a position where they feel they need to justify themselves. I had also requested two wake-up calls due to an important early commitment, but only one was made. To their credit, the hotel manager did respond to my complaint afterwards, but instead of offering any meaningful resolution, I was offered a discount on a future stay, which unfortunately I have no intention of using given my experience. Based on my experience staying in many hotels across the UK, this was by far one of the poorest stays relative to the price paid.

All just "ok" room was clean but tired and the carpets were dirty. Lift was a little rickety. The service charge that was required to pay at the end of our stay was stupid. I have since found out that this was supposed to be a discretionary tip for the staff !!! But the receptionist didn't communicate that at all. I see from other reviews that this is a sneaky thing that has happened to others. That's dirty business We won't be returning
