Really great staff, very helpful. Our twin room was at the last floor, in the mansard. They put an air conditioning for us to help with red warning heat, nearly 40° outside. And we had a fan too. The TV has firestick with subscriptions. Free WiFi, the reception is giving to you the passwords. The room was all clean, nice comfy beds, clean towels, kettle and coffees and teas, soap and pouches with shampoo and shower gel. And a mini fridge which came so handy to keep the cold drinks in it. We were very content with our 2 nights stay. We went for TAKE THAT concert at The London Stadium and was handy. Thank you very much for your service.

Stayed for two nights, and we received great friendly service from all staff - with the bonus of secured parking which is best to book before going. A ten minute walk to Walthamstow Central tube and bus, Market the same. Decent pub, and Kolos Greek restaurant magic !! Our room was excellent - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks everyone.

Somewhere to get a shower and crash after a concert maybe but that's about as good as it gets. It's was fairly clean but extremely basic. No aircon so the room was like a sauna. The window is restricted so only opens a fraction and the ceiling fan is noisy so can't sleep with it on. Hallway and stairs stink of cigarettes. This hotel is definitely not worth £109 per night in the cheap rooms. I would say max £70, I certainly wouldn't stay here again would look for something different in future.

The water in the shower was cold, I told the person on desk in night he was annoyed and told me it does get hot turn it off and on a few times. I told them again in morning they offered me to go to another room to shower which was no use to my partner in a wheelchair, the room was serviced in the day, we expected it to be fixed but the shower was still running cold when we tried again in the night. Also on the listing it said the parking was limited and was 1st come basis but then find that we had to pay £10 extra per night to be able to park at the hotel, there was no other option but to park at hotel everywhere locally was permit holders only.
