What guests say
I chose this hotel for my second trip with my mother, and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is small but very well maintained and comfortable. Our room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The young man and young woman at reception were both extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was a great help and made our trip much easier. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from St Pancras and King’s Cross stations, making it very convenient for getting around London. I highly recommend this hotel! A little note for future guests: even though many of us no longer carry cash, it’s worth considering leaving a small tip if you can. London hotels employ many students and young people, and a small gesture of appreciation can really brighten their day and help them out !

The shower provided plenty of hot water and good water pressure. A hair dryer was available, and it worked well with good airflow. There was no refrigerator, but the room did have an electric kettle along with complimentary tea and coffee. Toothbrushes were not provided. Free Wi-Fi was provided and was fast enough for streaming YouTube videos. There was no air conditioning, but a fan was available. There is also a supermarket near the hotel, which is convenient. The hotel also offers luggage storage after check-out. For early-morning departures, guests can return their room key using the designated key drop box, making the check-out process very convenient. At around €100 per night, I found it to be a good value. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize location over spending time relaxing in their room.

Great little hotel in a great location. Although the room was on the small side, it was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful. One negative, which did not prevent us from sleeping, is the constant rumble of trains underground. No fault of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

All of the staff were friendly and very helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a lift, and the stairs were numerous and felt quite unsafe at times. The rooms were very small, and there was a lot of noise coming from outside. It was also extremely hot, and the small fan provided in the room was not enough to keep it cool.
