Went for wedding and it had been very warm, so the only reason I've not given it 5 stars was due to the lack of air-conditioning. A fan was provided though and the king size bed was a bonus. Nice stay and very comfortable.

Excellent service by Kevin on reception. Went above and beyond to help after my extremely long drive. Everything was great apart from the shaver / toothbrush socket was only active with the en suite light on. Every door (including mine) was very loud when closing, it appeared there was no cushion to soften the closure. This caused several disturbances during the night and early morning. Overall a great hotel in a convenient location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Good location and parking. Room clean. However room poorly maintained Fan in shower room didnt work, sink plug leaked so couldn't hold water, shower room very slippy with no mat, couldn't use room with curtains open as was on main walkway in car park. Privacy curtains would be good

A pretty hotel near the Woodford Bridge shops & Woodford Bridge bus stop. The local natural beauty feature is the village common with pond, which would of been used originally to keep animals on, equipped with makeshift fencing.
