Not really deluxe but it was an ok basic clean ensuite. Small room with view of "garden" space. Friendly helpful staff. Easy access. Free parking. Hairdryer from reception. Very near good restaurants and cinema. Clear directions and easy to find near North Circular.

Staff here were very friendly and helpful but unfortunately that is where the positive review ends. Any five star reviews of this property are either fake, paid or from the owners or owners family and friends. The room I was given stunk of cannabis. Even with the window left open for two days the smell was still horrendous. The room and bed were uncomfortable even without the smell. The room also had no bathroom and was shared between the other rooms. I would not class this as a hotel it is more of a hostel or B&B although I don’t think it can be classed as a B&B as they don’t serve breakfast, dinner or have any food available on the premises.

If I could give this place a 6 or 7 star rating out of 5 I would. It's clean, friendly, quiet, convenient & good value. There are different room facility combinations available so you don't have to pay for facilities you don't need. 😊 Check out the veiw!

A basic hotel, but just fine for my stay of 3 nights. They have a communal lounge and dining area with a microwave, fridge and help yourself tea & coffee.
