We ordered a delivery - butter chicken and lamb madras. The food delivered was ridiculously sweet. The branch in Battersea is a million times better. The Balham one is rubbish in comparison.

Ordered takeaway from here recently for the first (and last) time. Chowmein and momos were great. However, the traditional Indian dishes didn’t live up to the expectations at all. To begin with, Chicken tikka masala and paneer butter masala had the exact same gravy and both were sweet coconut-based curries - not sure who’d call that “authentic Indian” taste! The garlic naan was thick and dry - pretty sure it was just bought off the shelf from a supermarket and warmed up in the oven. Can’t comment on service and ambience. Very disappointing! I’m not ordering from here again.

The food was very yummy with great flavours - would recommend the lacha paratha, Manchurian, noodles. We ordered chicken bhuna and Kadai paneer along with the above food. The paneer sabji came out much later than the other food when most of the food was finished which wasn’t great. Restaurant’s ambience was good. Strangely wasn’t that busy for a weekend.
