What diners say
Absolutely fab pub atmosphere right on the Thames with delicious food. Duke was our server and was very attentive and took great care of us. Big recommend if you're looking for a solid bite around The Globe!!

My husband and I absolutely loved this pub on the Thames! The beer selection was nice (they had my beloved peach Jubel), and the fish and chips were our favorite we had in London! The mushy peas were especially nice. We also loved the ambiance. Will definitely come back on our next London trip!

The food was delicious; we only had starter and a side due to eating later. The fish cakes were top quality as was the veg. Duke our waiter was friendly, accommodating and very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this venue and I’d have Duke work in my restaurant (if I had one). Well worth a visit with views across the Thames to St Paul’s Cathedral.

Been here a few times with Work over the years and it's always been a great Pub with lovely Riverside views of St Paul's and The City but today was the first time I'd eaten here and the Roast was amazing! We saw one being delivered to another table and couldn't resist! The Yorkshire Pudding was huge, with a load of slices of tender Roast Rump and very tasty vegetables and Roast Potatoes. It's about average price for London but great value for the portion size. Service was friendly and unobtrusive. It seems the "Roast effect" was contagious as nearly every table around us had at least one before we left! Great selection of Beers, Wines and alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails too
