I enjoyed breakfast at Joel Brasserie every morning during my stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, and it was an excellent way to start each day. The buffet offered a very good selection of traditional English breakfast items, along with fruits, juices, tea, coffee, and water. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I especially appreciated that soy milk was available, which is not always easy to find when travelling. The fruit selection was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the mandarin oranges. Everything was fresh, well presented, and regularly replenished. I also thought it was charming that there was a children’s section with small treats and snacks. While it was clearly designed with younger guests in mind, I noticed that some adults seemed to be enjoying it too! It was a thoughtful and fun touch that added to the welcoming atmosphere. Although it is a buffet and self-service, the staff were always welcoming and efficient. I was seated immediately every morning and never had to wait for a table. Overall, an excellent breakfast experience with a great selection, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I looked forward to returning each morning and would happily dine here again.

I was in this restaurant where I was welcomed by Natalia. She reassured me since I have a strong allergy and she was delicious all evening! Delicious food and very good Natalia! Advice

This meal was exceptionally good given i did not expect much on the first hand. The staff was friendly and checked on you every once awhile, the braised pork and the steak were nicely cooked. If they have set lunch i think i will come more often.
