On Father's Day, my cousin and I arranged a family meal for my uncle. Upon arrival, I felt the owner (I presume he was the owner) displayed a negative attitude towards us, although the female staff member serving drinks was friendly and welcoming. When the owner came to take our food order, his attitude remained unfriendly. After learning that some members of our party were unable to attend at short notice, he became aggressive and began shouting at us before we had the opportunity to explain or apologise. He accused us of being disrespectful, attempted to remove drinks from the table, and spoke to us in a rude and confrontational manner. Being shouted at in front of a restaurant full of customers was embarrassing and upsetting. While we understand the inconvenience caused by a reduced party size, his behaviour was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. The way he treated us left us feeling humiliated and undervalued as customers. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to the restaurant and would not recommend it to others. The owner needs to seriously reflect on and improve his professional manner, customer service skills, and the way he communicates with paying customers. No customer should be made to feel intimidated, belittled, or publicly embarrassed in this way.

10/10, thus, the place should be packed to the brim! Food is both flavourul and incredibly tasty. The pizza is perfect because it is crisp and soft. The customer service was perfect. The lady that served us was bith kind and funny. I felt very welcomed and will be back again🍕😋 #foodie #pizza #greatservice

Absolutely amazing place! Staff are so warm and inviting and they make you feel like family, this restaurant has become one of my favourite dinner spots! Food is always so fresh and cooked to perfection & they are happy to always add a little extra :) thank you all!

Best pizza in south london. Authentic Italian thin crust servings with topping combos to suit all. There is a kids offer that includes bit of veg and pizzas and all served in very friendly, quick and relaxed atmosphere. Great for just after school or for family get togethers to feed all at not too much expense. They have crodino and red wine always good. A very positive part of the community. Also does take away.
