As an Italian I am very picky with food, and heard of this place for a long time as it is owned by an Italian actor, so we decided to go give it a try for a friend's birthday..... needless to say, it did not disappoint. This place feels like stepping inside a real Roman Taverna, with typical dishes for the Roman cuisine. Portions are very generous, and the pasta is cooked perfectly "al dente" which, while some might not like it, it's the way pasta should be cooked, by Italian etiquette, so 10/10 for them. Every dish was incredibly flavourful and the attention to details was very high. The staff was fantastic, with special mention for Nicola and Katherine, who made our evening pleasant and made sure everything went well. What else can I say? It lived beyond the expectations I had for the place and I couldn't recommend it enough. I will surely be back very soon for a round 2!

The most lovely spot in London to have Italian food. A chosen family. Amina and Emma served us for the night, lovely and polite service. Don’t get me started on how flavorful their food is. Thank you for tonight.

A popular Roman restaurant in Clapham Junction, inspired by Trastevere where is a lively neighbourhood in Rome. Simple, rustic dishes with no fuss, just proper Italian comfort food. Their signature, carbonara was rich and indulgent, with perfectly al dente rigatoni. The ribeye was tender and full of flavour, slightly salty and great with a drink. The focaccia was unexpectedly thin and crispy with garlic, and the croquettes were a hit. I’m so happy to have found an affogato so delicious after such a long time. Felt like a local spot in Rome without leaving London!

Came here for lunch on a Sunday - the staff were super friendly and the food was honestly some of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend the carbonara (phenomenal) but everything we tried was genuinely amazing. Super cozy and family friendly. Great selection on menu and top notch service. Will definitely be returning!
