What diners say
Throughout my stay at The Collective Old Oak, Nicole and Maria have been really helpful with getting me settled in, answering my queries about parking spaces (on my very first day when moving in!!) and just in general really positive vibes. They made this place feel a lot more homely to come back to :) Strongly recommend you consider The Collective Old Oak if you're looking for a place to rent. Lots of fantastic facilities as well!

Living at the collective was fun. I lived there for a year. Great community to be a part of, and the building is clean and well maintained, especially the common areas. I loved all the events that were organised that made it all the more special. Big shoutout to Hussain who was always very supportive and kind. It just felt like living with family.

I had an amazing experience living at The Collective Old Oak.. building was always clean, well maintained, and the community events made it feel so welcoming. A huge thank you to Hussain, who was like an older brother to me. He always stood by me, supported me whenever I needed him, and truly made this place feel like home. I’ll always be grateful!

We travelled a considerable distance for a viewing after making it clear we were only interested in a one-bedroom apartment. On arrival, we were told there were no one-bedroom properties available, despite this being our stated requirement. Instead, we were shown a studio, followed by two more studios, which was a complete waste of our time. The person showing us around seemed very disinterested and couldn't answer even basic questions. We also weren't shown any of the communal facilities, so we left without a proper understanding of what was on offer. We understand that one-bedroom apartments are in high demand, but if none were available, we should have been told before we made the journey. Overall, we left feeling like we were an inconvenience rather than prospective customers. A very disappointing experience.
