About Travelodge London Acton
Monarch House is a purpose-built, three-floor block in Acton that houses the Travelodge London Acton, a straightforward budget hotel with 133 rooms geared towards travellers who want convenience over frills. Each room comes with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and drinks available in-room, and the building has a lift, 24-hour reception and chargeable on-site parking, with payment handled by phone. Pets are welcome, and there's an electric vehicle charge point for those driving in.
Downstairs there's a bar and restaurant for a casual meal or drink without leaving the building, and plenty of other pubs, restaurants and entertainment options nearby for those who want to explore Acton itself. Staff are consistently noted as helpful, and the hotel is well placed for reaching central London and Wembley Stadium, with North Acton station within easy reach.
It's worth knowing that some rooms have shown signs of wear, and air conditioning units don't always work as they should, so this suits guests prioritising location and price over polish. For a budget base with strong transport links into the capital, it does the job well.

What guests say
on arrival greeting was ok, but wasnt told how to get to room. room was clean but 2 adults 1 set of towels but no bath mat, only enough tea etc for 1 drink each, spare pillows only 1 had a pillow case on. no hair dryer. wifi only free for 30 mins a day. bed was comfy and hotel was quiet. breakfast. 8am till 11am. 8.50am. no clean tables, only 2 pancakes, no croissants, no white bread, no butter, coffee machine not on only 1 staff working( 2 just sat behind reception)we asked the man for more white bread, it came cold as if only just defrosted. very disappointing. was told good transport links to wembley a 20 min walk or several tubes going out of our way to get there. only thing saving from a lower star is we were given more towels tea etc after a trip to reception to collect. transport links to central london are good only a 5 min walk, dispite the trainline being next to hotel and lots of building works hotel was quite and bed was comfy. wont stay again

Easy transport into central with 1 tube, clean spacious rooms with basic amenities. Wouldn’t say 5* but worth the value! Stayed on ground floor for 2 nights, no real noise overnight, even though we were right next to train tracks... Only slight downside is that the shower pressure wasn’t the best but it’s swings and roundabouts, not really anything crazy to report. TV slightly small but it worked well and it is a bonus. I would recommend this hotel and would come back.

Been here 4 weeks due to work ,I’ve had loads off issues and trying to speak to a manager or anyone that can speak good English or understand English is non existent! Each week an issue the staff just lie don’t follow up on any requests or look into complaints ! Requested calls from manager and emails from manager again non existent. Luckily I don’t pay due to working away ,I’ve spoken to my company to try and stop sending numerous staff to this North Acton travelodge ! We was previously at Whetstone Finchley and If issues sorted immediately. If you want a good service this is not the right travel lodge !

If you want to be woken by a fire alarm at 8:30am, evacuate half dressed, and be completely abandoned outside by staff members, this is the perfect hotel! Everyone we were served by at reception was rude and dismissive. We stayed here for a concert at Wembley stadium, we didn't get back until 1am, so being woken by a fire alarm at 8:30 wasn't great, but to then be left outside with no staff member ever coming outside to inform us it was a false alarm, and having to re-enter a possibly burning building to ask for help? Absolutely disgusting. They really did not give a single shit. Awful experience, hope they get their act together.
