About Holiday Inn Express London Park Royal
Holiday Inn Express London Park Royal suits travellers who want a straightforward, well-run base rather than a destination in itself - business visitors, families passing through, or anyone who just needs easy transport links into central London. With 108 rooms across four floors, it's set up for practical stays: air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, family rooms and accessible rooms are all available, along with free WiFi throughout.
Rooms are kept clean and comfortable, with heating and ventilation that guests find effective. Breakfast is included and generally well-liked, though some find the buffet selection repeats itself if you're staying several nights. Beyond that, there's a restaurant, a bar, a snack bar and outdoor seating, plus meeting rooms and business services for anyone travelling for work, and laundry service and luggage storage for those on the move.
The staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, which goes some way towards the hotel's reputation as a dependable stopover. Its biggest draw is location - right next to a tube station and bus stops, making it simple to reach the rest of London without a car, though chargeable on-site parking is available for those driving in. Nearby you'll also find pubs, restaurants and a golf course, along with other entertainment options.
What guests say
We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was spotless, and the complimentary breakfast was a lovely bonus with plenty of choice. We did experience an incident outside the hotel, which was completely unrelated to the hotel itself. During this time, Janet, Cyril, and Ramsay (if I heard the name correctly) were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to help us, showing genuine care and support, and we can’t thank them enough for everything they did. The hotel’s location is also excellent—it’s just a short walk to the Underground, making it incredibly easy to get around London, and there are plenty of shops nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you again to the amazing staff for making a difficult situation much easier.

Stayed here for a concert and although very busy everything was ran efficiently and effectively, all of the staff we dealt with were welcoming and friendly. We had a slight issue with the toilet not flushing in our room and was moved just next door promptly and with no issues! I left my makeup bag and live 200 miles away, staff kindly explained how to arrange for me to have it shipped and it arrived back home with no issues which I am so grateful for! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely use this hotel again for future visits :)

Staying at this hotel made for a wonderful trip. The room was always clean, and the towels were changed daily. The staff were all kind and very helpful. Although the hotel is right next to the railway tracks, I could barely hear the trains and slept soundly. It is located in the London suburbs but offers great accessibility, so I highly recommend it. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the limited breakfast menu. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Looking for the perfect place to stay in London to reach the city center in a flash and settle in with comfort? Holiday Inn Express London - Park Royal is a real gem. The location is an absolute dream. The tube station is literally a minute's walk away—you step out of the hotel and you're already on the platform. There’s a bus stop right across the street, and the area is packed with shops and cozy cafes. Since the busy street is close by, you can sometimes hear a bit of city noise in the room, but a pair of earplugs completely solves this. Inside, everything is thought out to the last detail. A neat tea and coffee station awaits you in the room, complete with a kettle, good coffee, and a great selection of tea—and the staff thoughtfully replenishes the supply every single morning. Everything else is just as it should be too: spotless cleanliness, fresh bedding, and super friendly staff. And, of course, a special shout-out goes to the hearty breakfast included in the stay. The coffee wakes you right up, the croissants melt in your mouth, and there’s a great variety to fuel up for a long day of exploring. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again!
