We had such a fun evening making pots and coasters. Katie was a brilliant teacher - patient and funny, and the whole atmosphere was a delight. It was a theme evening and she had laid on a wide range of snacks too. I’d urge anyone to book this as a fantastic, unique experience.

I went to Hot Pot pottery with my nine year old grandson who has been asking me to find somewhere to learn to use the wheel (rather than modelling) for some time. I found it hard to find anywhere that would do this with children. Katie was absolutely fantastic. My grandson was completely absorbed for two and a half hours. Katie got just the right balance of instruction and letting him do things himself. He loved it. He made a bowl and a jug on the wheel and also hand modelled a pot. It's a lovely place to visit with beautiful countryside all around and Katie was excellent! Highly recommend for adults and children alike

Bought a trial class as a gift for my kids, and they loved it. Katie is a brilliant teacher and host, just the right mixture of kindness, teaching and fun. The kids really enjoyed trying the wheel and making pinch pots, with Katie ready to step in when needed, to ensure they had something lovely to take home. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
