Super Bed and Breakfast close to Harpenden, there are great facilities in each room. There is background transport noise from aircraft, a busy road and train line, but this soon becomes less noticeable.

Really good accommodation. The location is beautiful with the old farmhouse and mill pond. I had a room in a converted stable block. It was really nicely and simply decorated. Large room with a high ceiling and lots of light. Towels and bedding are really good quality and the bed super comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Great shower and shower room. Fantastic coffee at breakfast AND In the room (Taylors coffee bags), and fresh milk rather than the pointless little plastic pots most hotels give you. The breakfast was excellent. Lovely welcome from the owner. Easy to park, convenient location, and the price was very reasonable. Nothing not to like!
