We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport A huge thank you to Hubert for arranging an early check-in and helping us with a technical issue with the TV. His customer service was excellent. We also really appreciated Luminita, who made sure we had fresh towels and bottled water throughout our stay, despite us opting out of housekeeping. The restaurant staff, especially Simran and her colleague, were friendly and efficient, and the food was always fresh. Despite the hotel being fully booked, it was quiet, very clean, had plenty of parking, and the reception area was spacious and comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to consider offering halal food options, as this would make the dining experience even more inclusive and provide greater choice for guests. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent customer service. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Close to the airport and train station. Breakfast is £12, was sufficient. Rooms are very lovely and bed is comfortable. The gym is good too for a quick session.

Incredible staff: Azmat at Front Desk amazing customer service. First encounter so welcoming, help with taxis, incredible with lost item. Over the top service, really. In the bar/restaurant: G, manager, also welcoming with good control of her department snd Staff…. A few - Judy, Lillie, Eric , all excellent. Breakfast choices : varied, fresh snd tasty. Dinner - only tried chicken tikka masala but quite delicious. Housekeeping were friendly. Car service snd proximity to airport quite difficult to beat!

I have stayed at this hotel a few good times over the years. I am very pleased with it. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant provides satisfactory meals. This is just what I need before my flight.
