A staff arrived today with a person with a disability; his menu is very limited, and the young man could not eat the fruit and baguette he had brought with him—items not sold at the establishment. The staff member spoke with the older woman who owns the place; her behaviour and attitude toward the person with a disability were shocking—showing a complete lack of respect and understanding. Avoid this place!!!!

Dishonest advertising. Their website says Mon night games are £2 a person. No time frames given. We booked in advance to bowl at 6:45 pm. There were 3 of us and I'm a carer to a wee autistic boy we were taking bowling. When we got there, we were told it would be £33 for 2 games. On my previous visit 2 weeks ago, I was told that carers bowl free with a carers card, so I applied for and received a carers card. I showed them my card. According to the £2 per game on Monday nights advertising on their website, £2 per person, per game should be £8 if carers bowl free and £12 if carers pay full price. It definitely shouldn't be £33!!! They told me that the bowling isn't £2 on Mondays until after 830. I showed her the website. It didn't say anything about times on the website. The attendant went and got an older grey haired woman. The older, grey haired woman was very flippant and dismissive She looked at the website and said "Well it's SUPPOSED to say after 830. I thought it did." So she recognised that the website was wrong but instead of fixing it, she rudely said there was no point in discussing it as we wouldn't get in to bowl anyway as it was league night. I explained we had a reservation. The attendant assured her we had booked to bowl. She refused to honor the advertised price and walked off. I was told that carers don't bowl for free. In the end, we let the boy bowl one game and we left. Incredibly disappointed by this establishment and their false advertising. Even more disappointed in the rude old grey haired lady who couldn't take 2 minutes of her time to talk to us and make things right.

We had pre booked for myself and my two boys to have two games of ten pin bowling while we visited Craig Tara Caravan park near by. Very close drive away from the camp site. Did have a little trouble figuring out where to park at first. Didn't realise I had to go to an under ground parking area between the buildings but after talking to helpful staff got that sorted out. Was just over 30 quid for the games of bowls and although it was busy staff where really helpful and nice and got us all kitted out and ready. Enjoyed both our games of bowls then grabbed some lunch for all 3 of us for just over 15 quid. Hot dogs and chips x2 and a few packs of crisps and drinks and was all done and happy. Great day had and thanks to all the really nice staff there for making it a special wee day for us. Will be back again next time I'm in the neighbourhood.

Worst customer service ever. Booked their deal for bowl and lazer for £11 each. Arrived at half 12 per the booking, explained we were doing both, paid and played our game of bowling. When finished we went up stairs and were left for 20 minutes, after telling the staff we were told they'd be up soon. Another 10 minutes later a huge birthday party arrived and we were then told we were no longer able to attend the booked session as parties take priority. When going down stairs we asked if we could have a free game of bowling whilst waiting. We were told no by the manager through a young member of staff. We were offered vouchers for another day which I did not want. I requested to see the manager in person who arrived with a terrible attitude telling me I did not book lazer quest - even though the advertising per there Facebook page stated you could pre book this service by phone. Eventually I was refunded the lazer tag half of the £55 but no other measures were offered. Manager also stated he'd only started half an hour prior so it wasn't his fault. Will not be back.
