Wyken Vineyards is less than two miles away, with a shop stocking local produce and wine, plus a Saturday farmer's market. The historic market town of Bury Saint Edmunds lies nearby for exploring. The property itself occupies a renovated courtyard within Stowlangtoft Hall, surrounded by a thousand acres of woodland and parkland that guests can walk through, with a children's play area and football pitch in the communal grounds behind.

Symond House spreads across three floors. The ground floor holds a living and dining room with an open fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one double on the first floor and two singles on the second—plus a shower room. The cottage is finished throughout with new furnishings and contemporary fittings. Essentials including electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard, and there is fuel for the fire. On-site parking is available.

The property sleeps four and is yours alone for the duration of your stay. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking inside.
