Stayed here with 7 friends for a girls weekend, WOW what a house and the host is just amazing, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. House is well equipped and bedrooms are massive and each has its own ensuite. Lovely outdoor sitting area and hot tub. House also has an indoor sauna, games room with table tennis, pool table, dart board, etc... Lounge, Kitchen & Diner are massive too & very well equipped, 2 large fridges which was perfect our million bottles of prosecco🤣 , its a dream house. Oh and parking for several cars. Loved it and would 100% book again. PS - Only 20 mins in taxi to Peebles if you want to venture out. Loved it... 😍

Family of 9 from Ireland England and Scotland stayed here for a cold weekend in February as part of an 80th celebration. The house was fantastic, bedrooms big and comfortable, facilities ideal, location very handy for bus into Edinburgh, and picking people up from airport. There was plenty there to keep our group from 8 to 80 happy and entertained. Also enjoyed takeout from Penicuik and a labels meal at Navaar House hotel.

Amazing place, owners have thought of everything and it is fitted, furnished and decorated to a high standard. Facilities are aplenty - gym, sauna, hot tub, games room, cinema/gamer room, dressing area next to en suite in all bedrooms, laundry facilities and an extra very handy fridge in the utility room. Immaculate, we have already booked to return. Photos outside need updating but inside is stunning. Plenty of parking too.

Great accommodation, lots to do within the property (Hot Tub, sauna, pool, darts and more) so an ideal place to use as a base to visit Edinburgh etc or just relax for a few days. Host lives very close and was very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again sometime. Thanks for having us.
