Brockenhurst sits where the New Forest meets village life. The Cottage at Boscobel is a detached bungalow on a quiet lane, close enough to the forest for easy access to its walking trails and open heathland, yet minutes from the village's shops, pubs and railway station. St Anne's Church is nearby.
Everything is on the ground floor: a living and dining room with natural light, a kitchen equipped for real cooking (electric oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine), two bedrooms (one kingsize, one with two singles), and a bathroom with bath and shower. The enclosed garden has a patio and sitting-out area. Two cars can park on site, and there's a bike store. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The property is non-smoking.
From here, Lymington's Georgian streets and waterfront are 6 miles away, with marinas, a Saturday market, and ferry access to the Isle of Wight. Beaulieu's house and gardens lie the same distance. The nearest beaches—Milford on Sea among them—are within reach for a day trip, and various water sports are available along the coast.
