Forest Acorn

Forest Acorn is a contemporary apartment on the first floor of a building right in Brockenhurst village, steps from shops, cafés and restaurants. The New Forest sprawls around the village—ponies, donkeys and cattle wander freely through the streets, and the river at Balmer Lawn has a shallow swimming spot. The railway station is a ten-minute walk away, with services to Bournemouth, Southampton and London.

The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms: a kingsize in one room and two singles in the other. A single bathroom serves the property. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen fitted with everything needed for cooking and eating—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave—plus a dining table made from New Forest oak. A Smart TV, wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all provided. One small dog is welcome at no extra cost. Two parking spaces and cycle racks sit outside; there is also a small balcony with seating for two.

The area suits families and dog owners. Walking and cycling are both straightforward from the village, and if you visit in late July you can catch the New Forest County Show. A Tesco Express is nearby for everyday supplies.
