About Roomzzz Newcastle City
Newcastle upon Tyne is a city built for wandering between riverside bars, restaurants and live entertainment, and Roomzzz Newcastle City puts guests right in the middle of it on Clavering Place. This is an adults-only aparthotel, aimed at travellers who want the independence of an apartment with the ease of hotel service.
Rooms are modern and generously sized, each with an en-suite bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette complete with proper cooking equipment and utensils, so putting together a meal in the room is genuinely practical rather than an afterthought. Complimentary hot drinks and morning croissants are provided, and staff are on hand throughout to help with anything guests need. Family rooms are available, there's a lift for easier access, free WiFi throughout, and a laundry service for longer stays.
Beyond the door, guests are close to pubs, bars, restaurants and entertainment, with golf and fishing also nearby for those who fancy a change of pace. It's a straightforward, well-run base for exploring the city, and one that consistently offers good value for what's included.

What guests say
Every time I visit Newcastle, I make sure to stay at this hotel. It’s truly the best! The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and it’s just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and other attractions. The rooms are clean, modern, and cozy. The croissants in the morning are a great way to start the day. I also love the coffee machine; it’s very convenient, and there’s a selection of teas available as well. The staff is phenomenal! They go above and beyond and always there if any questions come up, especially Lukas!

This was my third visit to Newcastle, and second stay at Roomzzz. I love the location, and the fact that it's self contained with a kitchen, and you can just make yourself at home. I found the bed comfortable, and the shower very refreshing. Honestly, the floor didn't seem all that clean, but it could be that the flooring was just getting old. I would have loved a view of the bridges, but I had a window that opened, and that was nice. I love that you can walk everywhere form here, and it's quiet and comfortable. If I'm lucky enough to get back to Newcastle, I'll definitely stay here again.

Superb location, recently stayed in the newer extended part of the hotel with it's well equipped rooms, and have also stayed in the annex of the older building which is very comfortable. Free lobby coffee machine was broken on a Sunday morning, and avoided the free cold croissants (no butter or jam available either). Staff were happy to cook a couple of gluten-free ones for partner, which is a nice touch. Very quiet rooms from our experience.

This is a superb hotel. Clean, quiet, excellent staff. Room with kitchen spotless. Nice touch of free coffee snd croissant in the morning. We could of moved in for a couple of weeks. Even the maintenance man was chirpy and friendly. Keep up the good work as it does show.
