I have stayed here twice and love the location! The chap on reception was very welcoming and helpful ( as was the bar man) The room ( junior suite) was lovely and we were happy to pay the extra from my original small double booking! The big let down ( huge) was breakfast! The lady welcoming was cold and unfriendly! She spent plenty of time on her phone in view of clients as did the chef! The food was poor ( hard, over cooked eggs) cold hash browns, unseasoned mushrooms, dry sausage etc - overall a very poor experience! We could hear plenty of negative comments from other guests about the breakfast! In future, we will stay in the hotel ( as overall it’s great) but eat at Wetherspoons ( I can’t believe I’m saying a Wetherspoons breakfast is better than a 4 star hotel) I preferred the Car park prices when we paid at the Hotel too, but its location is so good, it is a must! Thank you for our stay, overall it was good 7/10 with only the breakfast at 2/10 that let it down! Another idea, may be to cook the eggs fresh? The chef was clearly at a loose end most of the time and could easily accommodate this

One thing lets these apartments down and that is the lack of air con. It made the stay very uncomfortable, barely slept and just walked around the apartment and it was so hot, the windows barely opened and there was a cheap fan, but it just blows hot air around the room. Unfortunately this means we were not stay their again unless air con was added.

The place is in a great location. Some small things in the place need fixing/replacing such as the coffee machine and bars to keep the windows open. The apartment was very warm at all times which made it difficult to sleep, could use air conditioning. The front door also didn't open at one point and we had to exit through the staff door.

Apartment was lovely and clean, lovely service and the check in/out process was really easy. It is on a very busy street, so its super loud (sirens, drunk people, cars etc) so be mindful but nothing that you can't get over! Not far from town centre and lots of places nearby to eat. No room service but uber eats was simple. 5 minutes walk to the football stadium.
