What visitors say
I arranged my son’s 9th birthday party here. Wow. One of the best boys parties ever. The staff were so friendly and so accommodating. They are flexible to allow everyone to have a really good experience (eg if one kid didn’t like horror they let him do something separate so he didn’t miss out). They talked through everything and explained it so clearly. No question was too much trouble (and I asked a lot). They were all so genuinely interested in their jobs and it made a difference. They also hold traditional old school values that bring back repeat custom! I love this place and my husband and I are planning our date night without the kids here. Thanks guys.

We loved our visit today. I had 2 , 10 year old boys out celebrating a birthday and they had the best time. The two guys working in there were on hand at all times to show us how everything worked and were really friendly. We did the weekday deal as had inset day and was a total bargain. We will definitely be back again.

Had an amazing time here for my stag do on Friday 26th June 2026. The VR experiences were fantastic and the facilities were excellent throughout the venue – everything was clean, well organised, and set up to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure our group was comfortable with the equipment, and kept the atmosphere fun and relaxed throughout the session. The whole group had a brilliant time and it ended up being one of the highlights of the stag weekend. I'd highly recommend it for parties, stag dos, or anyone looking for something different and genuinely fun to do. We'll definitely be back!

This was our first time here and we pre-booked online. We were a couple of minutes late but they weren't phased and we're very welcoming. Parking is tricky on a weekend but to be expected in this area of Milton Keynes. We went for our kids birthday party. They did the spheres, 5d cinema (it was funny watching them on a screen) and an hour in the VR Arena. They loved it and the staff were always on hand for support we needed. We had a few problems in the VR Arena but they were swift to be resolved. My husband and I also did half an hour each in the arena which was so much fun. It was nice that all our headsets were linked so you could interact and join a game together. We would definitely recommend Vertigo VR!
