The southern tip of Arran draws walkers and nature-watchers for good reason—the landscape here opens out toward Ailsa Craig and the Argyll peninsula, and the coastline is genuinely wild. Kilbride Cottage sits in this setting as a proper ground-floor refuge: two bedrooms (one double, one with twin beds), a bathroom, and living spaces centred on a working open fire. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—oven, dishwasher, microwave—and a washing machine too. One dog stays free.
The garden is enclosed and substantial, with seating to take in the view. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided; heating and the first load of fire fuel are covered. You can park two cars on the property. Nearby forestry walks suit dogs and anyone wanting to get out on foot quickly. No smoking inside.
