Isle of Arran draws walkers and nature lovers to its dramatic landscape and quiet villages. Eryb Cottage sits on the southern tip of the island in an elevated position with views across the water. The property is yours alone—a two-bedroom base for three guests, with one well-behaved pet staying free.
Ground-floor living means no stairs: a lounge with Freeview TV, a kitchen-diner with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, two bedrooms (one double, one single), and a bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle. French doors from the kitchen open onto a front garden with seating areas and furniture. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Parking for two cars is private. The cottage does not permit smoking.
The Stone Circle Garden is the property's distinctive feature—a formal garden design that has been featured on television. Beyond the garden gate, Arran itself offers coastal walks, quiet roads for cycling, and access to the kind of island life that rewards a slower pace. Bring a dog or cat; travelling with a young child means a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Terrible experience with the owners of the property - aggressive behaviour displayed by the male owner towards lone female and young kids. We ended up not staying in property at all due to this - owners refused to give refund. Holiday for young kids ruined.

Spacious, warm and well equipped with excellent views. A short walk takes you to the shore. Within walkkng distance of the Lagg Hotel and only a few miles from Blackwaterfoot. The hosts John and Liz are welcoming and helpful. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Absolutely stunning location, we stayed in Erby which was really nicely presented, spacious and had everything you needed. Plenty of local walks and nearby beach was the best on Arran. Already planned to go back again next year but booking the house as my mum and son will be coming with us as well. Great advantage is we can take our dogs with us.

We absolutely loved Kilbride cottage! Christine was there to meet us on arrival and was most welcoming. My husband and l stayed with our two doggies, Ellie and Mollie - they loved the huge garden which was so safe for them and the little tiny stream at the bottom is a real feature. The cottage itself was lovely and warm and cosy, most welcoming after a day out - our weather wasn't very good, but we had a great break and the girls had lots fab walks on the beaches. The kitchen has absolutely everything one could need and we cooked several meals at home in the evenings. Lots hot water!! lovely long baths to relax in and unwind with a glass of wine. The bedrooms are nice and cosy with warm beds, we would return tomorrow if we could! Ian enjoyed fishing off the little harbours around Corrie where we saw seals and our favourite beach was Kilmory. We think the previous people who wrote the bad review must have stayed somewhere else and got themselves mixed up!! Maybe a five star hotel would have been better for them!
