French doors from both bedrooms lead onto private outdoor space with sea views, so you can step straight outside in the morning. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area sits on the upper floor and opens onto a furnished balcony; this layout means everyone can spread out or gather as suits the mood.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering: electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer all present. Underfloor heating keeps the place warm, and essentials like bed linen, towels and wifi are included. You get one allocated parking space, with further visitor parking on-site.

The apartment sits within the grounds of Saunton Sands Hotel with direct access to the beach itself—a matter of minutes on foot. The Southwest Coastal Path is close by for longer walks.
