Capstone Reach is a second-floor apartment in a Victorian building on Ilfracombe's high street, within walking distance of the seafront. The property sleeps five across two bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a bunk and a single. There's a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate living room with Freeview Smart TV, and a kitchen-dining room fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with a welcome pack.

Two rooms have views towards Capstone Hill and the sea. The high street location puts shops, restaurants and the harbour within easy reach, and the coast is less than a mile away. Ilfracombe offers boat trips to Lundy Island, sea safaris, fishing, and access to the South West Coast Path. The surrounding area has woodland reserves, beaches at Watermouth and Rapperee Cove, and Watermouth Castle nearby. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking.
