The property is on the first floor of The Bath House Apartments, moments from Tunnels Beaches and the seafront. It has two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—plus a shower room and an open-plan living area with kitchen and dining space. Everything you need for self-catering is here: a full kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, plus Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels included. One dog is welcome at no extra cost.
The apartment's main appeal is proximity to Tunnels Beaches, making it popular with wedding guests, though it works equally well as a holiday base. The town centre is walkable, with independent shops, cafés and galleries nearby. The South West Coast Path starts locally if you fancy coastal walks. A short drive takes you to Woolacombe and Croyde for wider beaches and water sports, or deeper into Exmoor for moorland scenery. A pub sits within a mile. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Apartment 7 was lovely, well decorated, spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the harbour, centre and shops. Lara is an excellent host and went above and beyond for us which was much appreciated. Also gave us great recommendations of places to eat. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

We had a lovely break at Bath House apartments. It is super clean and nice. The town is lovely and has great walks to offer. It is the second time we go, which proves Lara is a great host.We loved staying there and we will go back.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Bath House Holiday Apartments! Lara is a terrific host — incredibly supportive, welcoming and professional. From the moment I arrived, everything felt very well organised and genuinely welcoming. The apartments are modern and newly refurbished. The one I stayed in was honestly one of the most comfortable places I’ve stayed, with everything you could possibly need. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into the small practical details. I especially loved the shower! The water heater is right there, so there’s no waiting 10 minutes for hot water to travel through the pipes — hot water is available straight away. Such a simple thing, but it makes a huge difference. The temperature inside the apartment was also just right throughout my stay. The location is excellent. It’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful, yet you are right in the town centre with everything close by. The sound insulation between the apartments is also great — I barely noticed other guests at all, which made the stay even more comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Next time I’m bringing friends, especially as some of the apartments can accommodate up to six people! Thank you, Lara, for such a lovely stay. Highly recommended!

Awesome place to stay when you want beach holidays in Woolacombe, hiking in the area on South West coast or after day on Lundy island. Apartments are very spacious and very comfortable - the best mattress situation on this side of the coast. In Bath House apartment you will have everything you need for short or long stay. Great if you like to make your own breakfast or like using the kitchen. Super shout out for shower situation - power shower was so good after long hiking trip. And host Lara is the most interesting woman you will meet in Ilfracombe. Highly recommended place to stay in North Devon.
