Well Lodge
North Devon
Well Lodge is a substantial family home on the outskirts of Berrynarbor, a village tucked into North Devon countryside half a mile from the coast and the South West Coastal Path. The house spreads across two floors with four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite or access to a shower room, making it practical for two families or a larger group. The main living spaces include a dual aspect living and dining room with patio doors onto the garden, a separate sitting room with a television, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, microwave combination, dishwasher and full-sized fridge. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Three double beds and one zip-and-link super king (which can be split into two singles) are the sleeping arrangements across the property. The gardens stretch across two sides with lawns, a patio area and a barbecue; there is also a small play area. Parking for five cars is provided on site. The essentials—heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels—are included. One small dog stays free of charge. No smoking throughout.
Berrynarbor itself is tiny and quiet, though walking routes from the village connect directly to the Coastal Path. Broadsands Beach, rated among England's best, lies within reach along the footpath. Two pubs serving food are within the village, the nearest about eight minutes' walk away.
