Pippin Cottage

Holt's high street is full of independent shops, restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance, and the Norfolk coast is accessible for a day out. Pippin Cottage sits centrally in this Georgian market town, rare among such locations in having its own parking space. The cottage itself is traditional in character—the living room has a woodburner, and the ground-floor garden room opens via French doors onto a private patio with furniture for sitting outside. A small desk in the garden room serves those who need to work remotely.

Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, the other with two single beds that can be linked as a super-king on request. There is a shower room upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. The kitchen-diner is fully equipped for cooking; electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with initial fuel for the woodburner. The cottage sleeps four and is yours alone for the duration of your stay. Note that the stairs between floors are steep and narrow.

The enclosed courtyard garden is planted for year-round interest and has a bench beneath an apple tree. The property does not permit smoking.
