The property sleeps four across two bedrooms—a double on the first floor and two singles—with a bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs there's a living and dining room with Freeview TV and DVD player, plus a kitchen equipped for everyday cooking. An enclosed lawned garden with patio and seating faces the property, and there's private parking for two cars.

Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. The village sits roughly one and a half miles from Wells beach, with larger resorts and bird reserves scattered across North Norfolk; Sandringham is about twelve miles away and the Broads within thirty minutes' drive. Shops are thirty yards from the door, pubs and restaurants a short walk further. The property has steep and narrow stairs; it does not allow smoking.
