The layout combines living and dining areas with an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, and a shower room; electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included, and there is parking for one car on site.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, enough to cook proper meals or keep things simple. Beyond the annexe, a front garden with patio and seating looks out towards the street. Sheringham's high street—independent shops, cafés, pubs and seafood restaurants—is within easy reach on foot, and the beach itself a few minutes' walk. The coastal path continues north towards Cromer and Weybourne; heading inland, Blakeney Point and the larger estates at Holkham and Blickling are day trips. The property is non-smoking.
