Bedrooms vary in size and configuration. Two rooms have super-kingsize beds and ensuite showers; one has a kingsize with an ensuite; two hold pairs of single beds, one with an ensuite accessed from both the room and hallway, the other without; and the sixth bedroom on the top floor contains bunks plus a pull-out single bed. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. Gas central heating keeps things warm. There is parking for two cars on site and free on-road parking nearby. The house does not allow smoking.

Sheringham's independent shops, cafés and restaurants line the high street, and the beach itself is minutes away on foot. The town suits families wanting both seaside time and easy access to local attractions, as well as groups gathering for a holiday together.
