Clean and tidy... bathrooms are starting to feel dated with a small bath and the water pressure wasn't great.you can always rely on Premier in to have comfortable beds. The room had a loud and powerful desk fan that was needed due to it being so hot the weekend we stayed the rooms could do with aircon instead.

Stayed 18th of July 26, the team were fabulous (especially the 2 members of staff who warmly greated my colleague and I when we arrived at about 19.00, I wish I'd taken there names as they should get a bonus), the room was immaculate and the bed comfortable. I've only given 4 stars because the carpark seemed to be a gathering point for local boy racers who woke me up at 01.30.

A very nice place to stay. The rooms are nice, reasonably spacious and quite comfortable. The staff are incredible, always very polite and friendly. Have been very happy to help with my requests like getting an ironing board ect. The attached restaurant is quite nice as well, nice food at ok prices.

Stayed 3-nights at Kettering Northants as first time customer (at ANY Premier Inn) with our meals. Very pleasant experience. Best breakfast ever. Pleasant and helpful staff all around, well done and thanks. W&J.R, from Essex
