Barleycombe is a Victorian hunting lodge set over three acres of private grounds in North Somerset, surrounded by rolling farmland with public footpaths and bridleways nearby. The house itself spans two storeys and offers five double bedrooms—two with ensuite bathrooms—plus two additional bathrooms and separate toilets. The layout gives plenty of flexibility: five bedrooms means families, groups of friends or multiple couples can all stay comfortably while retaining their own space.
Ground-floor living is generous. A well-equipped kitchen handles serious cooking, with a separate utility room for laundry. The dining room, breakfast room and living room each have distinct purposes, while a games room with Smart TV and Bluetooth speakers suits groups wanting to gather. There's also a library and reading room for quieter moments. French doors lead from the breakfast room to an enclosed courtyard; beyond that, lawns and a patio with garden furniture and BBQ run across the grounds. Parking for five cars is on site. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included.
The grounds have paths and steps which can be slippery in wet weather. The property is not suitable for smoking or hen and stag parties.
