You step straight into an open-plan ground floor where the living area, dining space and kitchen occupy one continuous room. A smart TV and sofa are positioned for evening comfort; the wooden table waits for meals cooked on the electric hob and oven. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with twin singles—plus a shower room. The cottage is whole to yourselves, warm throughout, and comes with wifi, bed linen, towels and electricity included. One small dog can stay, provided it remains on a lead.
Settle town centre is within walking distance, with its independent shops, cafes and a pub less than a mile away called The Fisherman. The location makes sense for exploring the Yorkshire Dales on foot or by car, and the Three Peaks are reachable as a day trip. This is a working countryside town rather than a tourist village, with a weekly market and genuine local life alongside the walking routes that draw people here. Parking is arranged via a nearby permit scheme.
