Eliza

Eliza is a contemporary cabin built for the waterside, with large glazing that frames the lake and a private decking terrace facing west. The open-plan interior—living room, dining area and kitchen in one flowing space—centres on a log burner and draws natural light through those glass doors onto the water beyond. Three bedrooms sleep six; one has its own en-suite, and the other two share a family bathroom. All three beds are super-king zip-and-link, so they can be split into twins if needed. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided.

The setting is rural Yorkshire countryside, peaceful enough for a genuine retreat, but a pub lies within a mile if you want an evening out. There's room on the decking for breakfast in the sun, and the grounds invite gentle exploration or simply sitting out as the light fades. The cabin suits families or groups of friends after a quiet break with the option to venture further afield. Smoking is not permitted inside.
