Four Square

Four Square is a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor, overlooking the coast from its living space. You arrive into a layout where the living room faces the sea—a 50-inch smart TV sits ready, and an electric woodburner provides warmth on colder days. The kitchen and dining area are equipped for cooking proper meals: electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine mean you can manage a week's self-catering without thinking about it. Upstairs, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and its own television; the bathroom combines a bath with a shower over it.

The apartment is in West Cliff, within walking distance of Whitby's town centre, harbour and three miles of sandy beach. A pub sits less than a mile away. Essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered in your rental. The internal and external staircases have low railings and no spindles on the external one. No smoking is permitted. Street parking for one car is available outside.
