Hill Farm Holiday Cottages - Stable Cottage
North Yorkshire

Stable Cottage works well for families wanting space to spread out, or couples after a countryside retreat with extras. The three-bedroom barn conversion sleeps up to five and comes with its own hot tub on the patio. One dog is welcome (farm animals are nearby, so pets need to stay on leads). There is parking for two cars on site, and the whole cottage is yours alone.
The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining room with a wood-burning stove, smart TV and views across the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and slow cooker. A utility room houses the washing machine and freezer. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a super king bed and ensuite shower; the second bedroom has zip-and-link single beds; the third is a single. There is a family bathroom with a bath. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and the initial logs for the burner are included. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed.
The cottage sits within the North York Moors, with moorland footpaths, bridleways and cycle routes starting from the door. Rosedale Abbey village, a mile and a half away, has a couple of pubs, cafés and a shop. The Old Ironstone Railway walk circles the valley. Golf courses and cycle hire are nearby. Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted.
