Ivy Cottage

Ivy Cottage is a four-bedroom property on the edge of Beck Hole, within reach of Goathland and the North York Moors. The house sleeps eight across two floors, with three bathrooms. Ground level holds an open-plan living and dining space, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and a fourth bedroom that functions as a self-contained unit with its own shower room and could serve as a summerhouse or guest suite. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: a super-kingsize with ensuite, a kingsize, and a pair of singles sharing the family bathroom.

The kitchen includes an electric oven, induction hob and dishwasher. Heating is by oil-fired underfloor system. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all provided. You have private parking for four cars on site and a bike store. The property comes with a welcome pack. One well-behaved pet is welcome; smoking is not.

Outdoor space comprises a patio area with seating for eight, an enclosed decking area, and a front balcony. The water supply comes from a spring. Birch Hall Inn is nearby. No smoking throughout.
