The Dairy

Walking through the entrance of The Dairy, you step into a substantial layout spread across two floors. Downstairs holds two living spaces, each with a TV, plus a newly fitted kitchen with a full range of appliances and a dining area. A woodburner warms the ground floor, with wood provided as a starting point and available for purchase thereafter. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms occupy the first floor; the main bedroom has an ensuite, and there's also a separate wet room and toilet. Sleeping is arranged across a king bed, another king, two singles and bunks, accommodating eight guests comfortably. You have the entire property to yourselves, with private parking for two to three cars.

The setting is rural North Yorkshire, deep in a valley near Beck Hole. One mile away, Goathland offers shops, pubs and traditional village character. From The Dairy itself, cycle tracks, bridle paths and walking routes start at the gate, and you have access to 16 acres of shared grounds. A private hot tub sits in the enclosed courtyard, and the location is genuinely remote—quiet enough that the birdsong becomes notable. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property does not permit smoking. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates can be arranged if needed.
