Lawns Cottage

Lawns Cottage is a stone-built two-bedroom property in Sproxton, a quiet village in North Yorkshire. The ground floor holds a living room with a woodburner, a separate dining room, and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The bathroom downstairs has both a bath and shower cubicle. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, the other with two singles. The cottage comes with electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi included, along with heating via electric central system.

One dog or cat stays free of charge. There is private parking for three cars and a large garden with patio furniture where you can sit outside. The property is yours alone during your stay. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Sproxton lies within reach of the North York Moors, and Helmsley—a market town with castle ruins, a walled garden and various shops—sits two miles away. The surrounding countryside offers walking routes through moorland and woodland.
