Mulberry Cottage is a converted barn at Thirley Cotes Farm, a Grade II listed property with roots reaching back to the Domesday Book. The cottage sits on ground level throughout, making it accessible without steps. Three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, sleep six people comfortably. The open-plan living and dining space includes a woodburner, and there's a mid-barn conservatory. Everything needed for a self-catering break is provided: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and wi-fi.
A private patio adjoins the cottage, furnished with seating and a barbecue; a hot tub is available on request at additional cost. The wider grounds include four acres of woodland with an unfenced stream (a fenced pond sits 500 yards away), and a play area with swings and slide for younger children, who must be supervised. One dog of any size, or two small dogs, are welcome. The development also has shared facilities including a games room with pool table, and electric car charging points are available. Smoking is not permitted inside.
